Neil (the owner/president, I believe) performed the measurements and initial consultation after the countertop material was chosen, but before the counters were cut. He was helpful and efficient. Two other workers came to install the countertops a few days later. They were also easy to work with and things went fairly smoothly. They laid down mats to prevent scratching/marking the floors, caulked all crevices after installation, and did a good job of cleanup. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after they left that the sections to the right and left of the stove were not aligned correctly. It wasn't bad enough to draw immediate attention, but pretty noticeable after it's pointed out to you. I called Neil and asked what we could do to resolve it. He came to take a look and we talked about a couple of options, including cutting some additional material from the back of one of the slabs. He came back a few days later to fix the job, and was able to re-align the pieces without needing to make any extra cuts, which was great. All in all, I'm happy with the services provided, and would recommend Elegant Countertops to others in the market for granite counters.

Neil did a great job. He was very prompt and showed up exactly when he said he would. His price was competitive, and both he and his installers did awesome work. They did a very good job of installing it without damaging the existing tile, which was one of my initial concerns. We have a large kitchen with lots of countertops, and all look wonderful. I will not hesitate to recommend Elegant Countertops to my friends.

A seam of the granite countertop had come apart. I had three companies look it and they said they couldn?t do the work. Elegant Countertops was recommended to me by my architect. The guys from there went at it from a different angle. They found out that it wasn?t the countertop that wasn?t settled. Infact, it was the sink which wasn?t settled. They solved the problem for just $75, while the other companies were thinking about tearing up the entire kitchen. I?ll definitely use them again.

We had originally approached Neil with a request for proposal for granite countertops and he responded promptly with a great price. Well, we kept changing our minds on the material, Neil kept providing new quotes, until we ended up with the Zodiaq option. He was fast, reasonably priced, and very professional. I had an initial concern about a seam, so Neil came out, explained what was going on and our choices, and then modified the seam to our satisfaction. Good product selection, excellent pricing and turnaround, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Elegant Countertops.

My husband and I were looking for a way to update our 1980 s kitchen without spending a fortune. After obtaining a few quotes for stone countertops from some larger retailer corporations, we quickly discovered that perhaps granite or marble wouldn t be possible within our budget. But thankfully a family member referred me to Elegant Countertops, a small business that surprisingly beat all the other bids and allowed us to revisit our dream of having stone countertops. The owner brought many different stone samples to our home and thoroughly explained the differences in composition, maintenance and price of each option. He treated us like VIP customers. Elegant Countertops did a wonderful job transforming our kitchen, but more important, I felt that even if an issue arose, the owner would have made it right. We have since referred numerous clients and strongly urge others to give this small business an opportunity to bid on your job. They can't be beat in customer service.
