Edina's title agents were perfectly polite and professional and they gave us complete and accurate information. But their prices were MUCH higher than the prices for competitors around town, based on an apples-to-apples comparison. And their title insurance policies only covered the new homeowner for a very short period of time. We wound up choosing another company, which did a great job for several hundred dollars less.
