EDINA REALTY

I've known Erich Young for years through various interactions seeing him at open houses throughout the St. Anthony/New Brighton area.  When we wanted to list our townhome, I didn't question calling Erich as soon as we decided.  We, unfortunately, had engaged him too late in the year for the home to sell partnered with the fact that the neighborhood was a difficult place to sell and there had been a number of foreclosures in the area that brought down the overall value of the homes across the association. 
I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond with us.  He was very gracious to us in letting us out of the selling contract as we decided to go the route of renting vs. selling.     
There will come a point when we will attempt to sell the townhome again and Erich will definitely be the person we call. 

We put the house on the market on August 22nd, the offer was accepted and signed on August 27th. And the closing occurred on September 16th. She was wonderful and we could not have been happier with how everything ended up. She helped with the moving, getting all of the work done.

They've been right on the ball.  They always call and let us know what's going on.  They let us know when open houses are coming so they've been really courteous with that.  I've been doing the dealing with them and they've been real good.

Overall the worst real estate transaction I ever completed.
My agent tried to pressure me to use Edina Reality’s Mortgage instead of my
local Credit Union. I completed a mail away closing and my Edina Title and
Edina Realtor were unavailable to answer questions that needed to be answered
thus the closing date had to be push. The level of unprofessionalism and lack
of customer service at every level of this organization is astonishing. I would
advise looking elsewhere when you are in need of a realtor!!

They were very knowledgeable and let us use another bank. They were able to help us with some financial planning as well before we bought our house.

The agents came promptly and helped us to determine what we needed to take care of and what could be left for the next owner. This greatly relieved our minds and set us on a course as older folks for sale in a few years. They were positive, helpful, and not in any way tried to encourage us to sell sooner.

They did a great job and took pictures.  They put them online. Within two days we had quite a few offers. George Rahlf was our real estate agent. He has been doing it for a lot of years and is very good at what he does.

Agent wanted me to offer $175k, I offered $150k and it was accepted 3 days later. Closed 6 weeks later. Would have like to have better communication from the agent.
