After the job was done - we can't be more pleased. Tom was done on time and the quality was top notch. We mitigated the problem areas (for example - we intentionally didn't put flooring under our appliances to ensure that everything would fit correctly. Also - he had to raise a broom closet door - so it would close correctly).
I'd hire Tom again in a heartbeat.
