He was very helpful and very good to us, initially. But as things went on, he was very slow to complete projects, and consistently would not meet his own deadlines. The work started in November 2000, and we were finally able to move in during Feb. 2002. Since then, I've had numerous problems with the construction and he has not been responsive to resolving those issues. I've sent letters, my lawyer has sent a letter, and he did promise to fix the issues at one time, he just never followed through.
