Dyana did a great job trying to understand what I was looking for in a new home. We visited a ton of homes over a number of months and she was extremely patient with me. Once I narrowed down the list to 4 or 5 homes, she was quite helpful weighing the pros and cons with me. After I bought the house, she helped me to find service providers (carpet, lawn, etc.)
Dyana also worked hard to sell my previous house in a really tough market. And the house wasn't on the market too long before we found a buyer.
I definitely recommend Dyana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had to move into a new house in two weeks. She made that happen which was pretty much impossible. She worked all kinds of issues with the seller and she knew what she was doing. It went excellent overall and she took all the pain out. I have recommended her. She is very personable and listens to you. She doesn't try to up sell anything and she is flexible.
