If you follow any of my reviews on AL, you will know that in addition to Price and Quality, I am fanatical about responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I don't take those criteria lightly, and Dennis excelled at all 3. He did a great job showing up quickly and on time for a quote, and scheduled the work within a few weeks once the quote was accepted.
He personally supervises the crew in every detail. The removal was performed in a day, and the install about a day and a half. All was done within the week. The finish on the concrete was immaculate, and it now slopes properly away from the house. Clean up was great, and there was minimal impact to the yard in terms of the equipment tracking from the street.
I think he was great in every regard, and would put him at the top of my list of personal contractors.
