After years of being a customer, they took our prepayment check for $180, stopped service and now Doody Calls corporate stated they are no longer a franchisee.  Basically, stole $180.
Both the fanchisee and fanchisor have not relied to my inquiry to return my money or provide the prepaid services.

This is the worst customer service I've had in a really long time.  It was impossible to tell when they actually came for clean up because they never left any sort of card, note or invoice.  I had elected to take care of disposing of the waste myself and asked that it be left on the side of the garage for me to take care of.  I never found anything left where requested.  The removal was spotty at best when they did come.  After a couple of weeks it was apparent that they were not longer coming to the house.  I called the 1-800 number multiple times and left messages for the branch manager to contact me but never received any sort of follow up phone call.  Eventually the 1-800 number gave me the direct line to the branch here where I also left a couple of messages asking for someone to call me back because I would like to continue service.  I never received any sort of phone call.  The only good thing I can say is that I was never charged for the service!

I was unhappy with they related to my dogs. They also didn't do a great job cleaning up the entire yard, I would find dog poop right after they left.

They are very reliable and they are fairly priced. They are very pleasant when they come and are working around the yard. They do a good job of picking up little bits of poo all over the place.  The take away my miserable job and they make my poo go away.

Granted there was still some snow on the ground, but they said it would not be a problem. And yes, they did clean up several months worth of poos. They indicated they could not get everything, due to snow and would come back in a week, which they did. Then the note said they could not get everything because of grass and leaves. At the time I had scheduled a spring cleaning ($91) plus bi-weekly maintenance ($25). After their first schedule cleaning which resulted in many missed poos.... apparently due to "grass and leaves", I canceled my service. They then called weekly to try to get my service back. After going with another company, I realized this one was overpriced and not as good.

They have done a wonderful job.
