Just over four months later our washing machine stops working. Not even thinking the repair was related to the last time we called Sears since that where we bought the washer. The Sears guy comes out and discovers that the Don's Appliance guy installed only half of the kit. The Sears guy shows me that the Don's Appliance guy replaced the coupler on the gear case, but left the old one on the motor. So now I have to pay for the repair again. Today (Feb 20, 2007) I called Don's Appliance in St. Paul. I told the person (Greg) that I wanted to speak to someone in customer service. He asked me the problem. I told him what happened. He asked why we didn't call them the second time. I told him that at the time I didn't know it was the same problem. I told Greg I wanted a refund. He said that there was no way to verify what I was telling was actually the truth. I told him that I wanted my money back and he hung up on me.
