We will definitely contact Dan again and were thrilled with the work done. After searching for months and making many phone calls to window and siding companies to do this type of repair, we were excited to find Dan who was able to complete both projects at once (other companies simply weren't interested in jobs as "small" as ours). Dan and a member of his crew arrived on Saturday morning and by the afternoon, had everything done and cleaned up. The repairs look wonderful and helped to make our house whole again. Dan is a pleasure to work with, very professional and extremely reasonably priced.

We first met Dan when we hired him to do a few odd jobs around our house, such as install a new ignition in our gas grill. He did a great job in a timely manner, so we hired him to put a 21-foot latticework fence in our backyard garden.

We described the type of fence we wanted. Dan designed the fence himself based on my description. He has a day job, so we had to wait a few weeks to get on his schedule. Dan showed up at the agreed-upon time and date. He picked up all the needed lumber and supplies on the way to our house, which was great because we don't own a truck or trailer. After consulting with us, he started building. In about six hours, Dan had built from scratch a beautiful fence in our backyard garden. It looked way better than I had hoped. Dan added some nice detail and did a fantastic job. He worked quickly and accurately. He obviously knew what he was doing. He was very professional and a nice guy as well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended for handyman jobs of any kind.

PS - The $300 was Dan's wage for building the fence - we reimbursed him for the supplies separately.

Replace cedar shakes on house and some chimney repair. Dan is very nice and professional and accommodating for scheduling.

Dan supplied us with a complete and accurate estimate. All of the roof repair and drywall replacement and repair was completed in a timely manner. Excellent job! Dan was pleasant and professional. We will definitely call Dan for future projects.

When I called Dan, he gave me a date right away and he showed up on time. Dan is very friendly and easy to talk with. He explained anything I asked. He worked very hard for two hours. The new storm door was very heavy and had a lock set with it. That took over an hour. The lock set replacement was done in less time. Dan cleaned up everything and helped me recycle what could be recycled rather than trashing everything. Dan was professional, friendly and an expert in what he did for us. My husband was amazed by the price but it was what Dan had quoted me. Dan is a general contractor that will also do smaller jobs like ours. I would definitely hire him or his crew for larger jobs.

The owner, Dan, is extrememly professional and courteous. He was very approachable and very appreciative of the work. He was very timely and cleaned up very well when he was done, I couldn't even tell that they were here. He also did two additionals trips for followup work after the initial repairs.

Dan is great to work with- though this was a small project he did work previously with us as a subcontractor for another firm. He is very nice and professional, great with my kids and dog and I felt very comfortable with him in my home, both while I was home and absent. He clearly knows what he is doing and has always done a great job for us. I will be hiring him for future projects and definitely would recommend him.

Dan is a treasure to have as a resource for helping me with repairs on my home. He is trustworthy, kind, responsive, and performs high-quality work at an affordable price. Dan is methodical in assessing the problem areas in my home in a comprehensive manner and provides me with viable options that result in solutions suited toward my family and dog. I have been thrilled with the outcome of each project that Dan has worked on in my home and I will continue to use his handyman services regularly.

Dan has been terrific to work with. He is honest and accurate about what he can do (we've worked with more than one other person who has said they could do something and then got way in over their head, creating more problems than were there to start with). He is very easy to get a hold of, has completed everything on schedule and budget, is very reliable, reasonably priced, calm personality, patient and flexible. I would trust him to tackle whatever renovations he said he could, and we will certainly hire him again. I can highly recommend him.
