Proprietor Brian is a hard working individual who holds customer satisfaction high on his list of necessary tasks.
He worked long days to insure the expected timeframe was kept.
 I was very happy with his work & the outcome & would hope to  find him available for any of my other remodeling needs.

We had 9 old windows removed and replaced with new Andersen windows which we had purchased from Home Depot.  We had actually started with a different contractor, but that contractor called us five days before the start of the project and told us they couldn't do our project.  So, we were left in a scramble to find someone who could help us.  Our home is 100 years old and the existing windows contained  lead paint .  Due to several factors, we were required to use a contractor who was qualified to perform lead abatement (a higher-level qualification than a typical remodeling company).  Brian and his crew has the necessary certifications and we got very positive references from some of his recent customers.
We were out of our house while the work was being done (by our own choice) and so getting the project done on time was very important to us.  The original estimate was 3-4 days and they were finished and completely cleaned up before the end of the third day.  The clean-up of the project was very impressive...it included clean-up with a HEPA vac and a damp mop...by far the best clean-up of any contractor we have ever used.  The quality of the work was very good as well and met all of the requirements we had outlined in the contract.  
 Brian was very responsive and kept us up to date on the project.  A couple of times the crew had questions and called us to confirm what we wanted before proceeding.  This ensured that we got exactly what we wanted.  The crew was friendly and trustworthy and we didn't have any problems.  There were a couple of minor issues that we noticed and the contractor sent out two of his crew the following day to correct the issues.
 Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew, and the care they took for our house and property.  We would definitely recommend them!

They were professional and they made sure everything was done right. They responded to any questions I had as far as doing something I didn't think was right. They would explain what was going on with it, so I was very happy with their business.

I called the owner after the loss; Brian came out worked with me and the insurance company. Once the insurances company oked the work, Brian and his crews came out and the work was complete with in a week. I was out of town for most of that week and they were very good to my wife.
