The only problem I had, and I don't know if it's the problem with all or just them, is when it tends to rain hard the service tends to go out. The customer service is great. We have no problem with their customer service. But they recently raised their rates. They are very professional, we never had any problem. But when they come for a visit they are not very specific, they will say, we will be there by 8 o'clock, they can't narrow it down any more than that.

They have been reliable and somewhat helpful. When there is a problem it usually takes a couple times maybe even three. I don't know if it was truly a difficult technical problem or not.

Their price is good. I don't like cable I like the satellite service. They are better and cheaper. I would recommend friends to get them because they are good.
