These cats are great! I have bought tires from them in the past for my previous vehicle. I was gobsmacked that I did not have to pay for them to repair my Caddy tire! I will forever buy my tires from them. Oh, and their service with regard to the tire replacements was great too! They had to order them OEM tires in and it only took like a day or two to get them. Love, love, love Discount Tire.

We purchased four tires from this provider in 5/2012. At the same time we purchased certificates for free tire replacement. We came in with our spare tire on as we had just had a flat tire. The puncture was on the very edge of the tire and we were told that they may not be able to repair it and may have to replace the tire. The advisor brought the tire out to us and showed us the damage was caused by a razor blade (still in the tire) and it needed to be replaced. Since we had the free tire replacement certificate, the tire was replaced free of charge. The tire was in stock so we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They also checked one other tire that was losing air and found no problem, but changed the air valve (no charge). Very friendly and professional service.

I had bought tires at Apple Valley Discount Tires for my wife's car, but not for mine. It made me remember the great service Discount Tire has given me in the past. One Friday I noticed a sidewall bulge in a front tire on my wife's car. Took it in to the Burnsville Discount Tire. I needed the same tire to match the other three, they had it in a warehouse and could get it by Monday. I told them I was leaving for Texas Saturday and they loaned me a tire for the trip and on Monday delivered the tire for my wife's car to a Discount Tire one mile from my brother's house in San Antonio, Texas. As a company I have always enjoyed excellent service from each and every Discount Tire I have used. It is nice to see a national company that gives good neighbor service in every store
