If a customer isn't 100% satisfied with their cleaning we will reclean any areas free of charge.

Unfortunately, Diamond Dusters did not perform up to par. After paying $600+, several areas of my townhome were completely missed (see photos). One can understand if an area or two is missed - but over 5? No. While they did offer to come back and clean, I had already turned over keys to the new homeowner - too little, too late with only a $75 refund.

Diamond Dusters has outperformed my expectations. I was amazed when I got home to an oh so sparkly home. My carpets, wow! They looked brand new. My bathroom hadn’t seen a cleaner day. I absolutely recommend diamond dusters 1000%!

The service has been great, Juliet the manager or the owner, she was very professional, accommodating, very good with communication, she was very responsive in calling me back. And the housecleaning ladies that comes were very personable and hardworking, and always punctual. they've never been late nor missed an appointment.
