TIM MADE THE TRANSACTION VERY SMOOTH AND UNEVENTFUL. COMMUNICATING WITH HIM WAS EASY AND HIS RESPONSES PROMPT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. OUR RATE WAS LOCKED AND PAPERWORK MOVING WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF FIRST TALKING WITH HIM. WHENEVER I RECEIVED NOTICES FROM THE TITLE COMPANY OR THOUGHT OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFORE CLOSING, HE HAD ALREADY HAD TAKEN CARE OF THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
