I highly recommend David. He did a great job for me. I felt he was honest and I could trust him. He was also hard working and had great communication, which is good in selling a home.

Dave was very helpful in both the buying and selling process. He willingly showed me as many townhouses as I needed to see on my schedule. He would tell me the good and bad points of certain properties and was very knowledgeable with the homes in the south metro area. When the time came to sell my home he was always very good about following up and negotiating the deal with the other agent. He would always call me after every showing and tell me how it went. I would definitely recommend Dave whether buying or selling.
