DANIA FURNITURE

After looking at several furniture stores, I found the style, quality and price I was looking for in bedroom furniture for my two small daughters. I was really impressed when the sales person, Val, told me that the store had asked the manufacturer to re-cut longer bedrails for the beds, I wanted to purchase (because the original ones were a little short and fingers got pinched when making the beds). She told me the furniture would be available in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called the store to find out the status of my furniture and was told that they would check into it and call me back. I didn't hear back from them, so I called again several days later. Still no knowledge of when my order would be fulfilled. I called in another week, same story. Eventually, after calling several times and not getting an answer, a manager (Paul) spoke to me and promised a phone call every day to tell me the status of my order. I heard back from the store two days in a row and then silence again. Still no word on my order. After a total of 5 weeks, I called again, frustrated. Val called me within several days to tell me they'd like to deliver my furniture with the short rails and when the longer rails were available, they would get those to me. It took another week after that to get the furniture (so I waited 7 weeks). The icing on this cake? The mirror is slightly imperfect and needs to be replaced.
