The renovations themselves, which all took place prior to purchase, are beautiful. We saw some photos online, and the transformation is miraculous. But the most impressive thing about Custom Renovations is Craig's attentiveness long after the closing date. Soon after we moved in, we noticed a few little things that needed attention, and he (or the people who work for him) fixed them all free of charge, as a courtesy to eGreen and to us. He even had someone add hooks in the bathroom exactly where we wanted them. We had already closed on the home, so there was no contractual obligation to do any of this. All of the people hired by Custom Renovations were excellent, especially the ones who handled all the tiling.
This morning, we found a leak in our kitchen ceiling after a night of heavy rain. (Custom Renovations did not put in a new roof, and we knew prior to the home purchase that we'd have to put in a new one ourselves in the next five years.) I called Craig to see if he had recommendations for a handy-person, and he came right out himself that morning and looked at the leak. He'll be sending someone out to address the issue (a turtle vent on the roof where water got channeled the wrong way) in the next few days free of charge. Please keep in mind that we have never paid Custom Renovations directly for any services. This complimentary work says as much about Custom Renovations as it does about eGreen.
When we need a new roof in a few years, we will definitely be calling Craig at Custom Renovations!

The service was prompt. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it when they said they were going to do it and I was truly satisfied with their service. Before it was put in the responsiveness was very good but after they put in I had problems and their responsiveness was very poor and rude. I will not use them again.

They did a great job.  I would talk about their quality of the work, and they finished the job quickly.  They were in and out in one day.

Working with Custom Renovation was a great experience from the first project to the latest. Custom provides the two most important qualities any property owner needs, excellent workmanship at an affordable price. I have used this company on multiple projects only to be impressed with how far they have made my dollars stretch while not sacrificing on the quality. They are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough on even the littlest of details. From interior to exterior, personal property to investment property, they have consistently exceeded my expectations. I look forward to working on more projects with them over the years and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable contractor.
