Creative Sewing Centers is a locally owned business serving the Twin Cities area of Minnesota for over 30 years. Our major brands include Brother, Baby Lock, Elna, Singer, Janome & Juki. We are able to help the beginner sewer as well as the expert sewer. In addition to selling quality products we offer free lessons with the purchase of machines. We are also happy to offer free estimates on repairs and we service all makes and models. They tell you it will take two weeks. After 2 1/2 weeks I called to check on repairs and was told that I would receive a call when the machine was ready. After four weeks I called to check, and was told that something was not right. This person actually found out what the problem was and got the machine returned to the store for pickup- only two more days. Turns out, the repair people were waiting for an unnecessary part, and couldn't be bothered to tell the store nor me. Will never use them again.

It was repaired in the time frame they gave me. The cost was what I was expecting. I had the option to refuse to have it repaired if it was more than what I was willing to spend on an old machine. It was a good experience.

She has repeatedly brought her machine there in the last 5 years. It was done well and they are very, very personable. They were willing to stand there and talk to her about why things broke. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a little high on price.
