Not having much experience or expertise with purchasing lighting products, I visited seeking help and advice on finding new lighting for my bedroom. It took a short while to be offered help, but Tami was extremely helpful. She had great advice and valuable consultation, and she was also fun to work with. A great experience overall.

Noel Sheldon did our design. We brought picture of the existing room but he really did a super job of capturing the changes that would occur in the remodel. We are very pleased with the lighting plan because Noel did a great job of selecting task, wall and room lighting. We did a great job of actually placing the recessed cans in an empty room!

SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL. I DESCRIBED THE LOOK AND FEEL I WAS LOOKING FOR AND SHE SHOWED ME A NUMBER OF OPTIONS. THEY HAD A GREAT CHOICE IN-STOCK AND I TOOK THE LIGHT HOME THAT NIGHT WITH HER ASSURANCE IF IT DIDN'T WORK I COULD RETURN IT. IT LOOKS GREAT AND WAS EASY TO INSTALL.

THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE WAS -EXTREMELY- KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT LIGHTING, INCLUDING THE SPECIALIZED LIGHTING NEEDED FOR A WOODSHOP. HE WAS ABLE TO HANDLE ANY QUESTION THAT I THREW AT HIM, AND I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN HE PROPOSED. THE DESIGN WORK ITSELF WAS NOMINALLY A $50 JOB, BUT BECAUSE WE SUBSEQUENTLY PURCHASED THE LIGHTING THROUGH THE COMPANY WE WERE NEVER CHARGED.

SALESPERSON SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT SHE ORDERED 2 WRONG FIXTURES (I.E. FIXTURES MADE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION INSTEAD OF REMODEL). PROBLEM WITH LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE LIGHT WE PURCHASED: 2 WERE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED AND HAD BROKEN PARTS, 2 HAD THE WRONG COLOR SHADES, 2 WERE THE WRONG MODEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE BLAMED THE SALESPERSON OR THE MANUFACTURER. THEY DID CORRECT EVERY MISTAKE, AT AN INCREDIBLE WASTE OF MY TIME (5 TRIPS TO THE STORE, AN EXTRA 3 HOURS OF ELECTRICIAN'S TIME TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORK. EXPENSIVE STUFF. NEVER AGAIN.
