He did a complete system recovery. He ended up taking the computer with him because he needed to work on it in his shop. He is a very courteous guy and gets the work done quickly.

JEROME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FAST AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WHEN WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL WE COULD ACCESS THE U OF M TECH SUPPORT SERVICES, HE MENTIONED A COFFEE HOUSE NOT TOO FAR FROM HIS PLACE AND BOUGHT ME A CUP OF COFFEE. NICE GESTURE. HE ALSO GAVE ME A BREAK ON HIS PRICING.
