COVER MY RADIATOR INC

From first call to final delivery the provider was exacting and the cover turned out beautiful and fits the space really well.

Went well start to finish. He offered helpful ideas and suggestions.

Things went extrememly smooth.  Gary responded to my email right away and came out within a week (I think the timing was limited by our schedule).  He measured, brought several pictures and had very upfront pricing.  We decided to go ahead with the covers and picked out the styles we wanted from his images.  It was very clear to us that Gary takes pride in his work and wants things to be perfect, which we greatly respected.  He stopped by a few times to measure (which he told us about from the beginning).  As mentioned above, two of our covers were a very challenging fit and he had to stop by a few more times just to make a quick measurement or check a cut.  As for stain, he took the time to go through three iteration to get the match to be perfect.  We are ecstatic with the new covers.  We would recommend Gary to anyone who is looking to replace their radiator covers.  We just wish he built more furniture besides radiator covers, he is an excellent woodworker.

Gary was great to work with.  He measured for the radiator covers and promptly gave us a price.  While working on them, he came twice to the house with parts to check for proper fit.  He stained and varnished them for us.

If I could give an A+, I would. Gary came out when he said he would. He estimated the project and stuck to that estimate, even though the project was more involved than we all initially thought. There was a slight time delay but only because we had tremendous difficulty matching the stain to the existing window above it. Gary is meticulous and insisted that we persevere until we found exactly the right match. His work ethic was second-to-none, and the result was a high-quality, gorgeous piece. Truly, I could not be happier. He is worth every single penny. I never thought a radiator cover could be such a work of art--until now.

Gary came out and took measurements on our radiator. Our radiator was along a wall next to a patio door. The measurements had to be exact because if it was too large the door could swing out and hit the top of the cover. Once hired for the job, he came out a couple of times to go over the custom stain choices and also to make sure the bevel on the back side of the cover was flush against the baseboard. Upon completion, we couldn't be happier. The stain color and graining matches our trim work nicely. The finish is also very smooth and even. It's a very nice upgrade to our kitchen.

It was great. We had used his services before and we were extremely happy both times! It was not cheap, but he did custom and quality work.

They were able to fit the cover into a very difficult spot due to their craftsmanship. They have really incredible craftsmanship. I would use them again for future services.

Gary was great to work with. He's the guy who introduced us to Angie's List, thanks! He quickly created three upstairs radiator covers and spent a little longer for 2 more custom covers for the downstairs that match an existing radiator grid. He was very professional and was always available. We appreciate the work he has done for us.

Gary was very open to our wishes and flexible with his design. Both units were meticulously measured and built, and Gary even came back several times for additional measurements as he wanted to ensure the units would be level on our not-so-level 1917 floors. He obviously cares very much about his work and it shows. We would work with him again in a second.

GARY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON ALL THREE RADIATOR COVERS AND MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE HOUSE FOR ''FITTINGS''. MY OLD RADIATOR COVERS WERE ATTACHED TO WALLS AND WOODWORK WHICH MADE CLEANING DIFFICULT. NOW I CAN JUST MOVE THE COVERS FOR EASY CLEANING. THE WOODWORK IS EXCELLENT AND GARY EVEN HELPED ME IN DECIDING ON THE COLOR STAIN. ALL MY NEW COVERS HAVE SOLID TOPS, THE OLD ONES DID NOT, SO THEY ARE MORE LIKE PIECES OF FURNITURE. GARY EVEN MADE SURE THAT THE NEW COVERS HID THE PREVIOUS CUT-OUTS IN THE WOODWORK CAUSED BY THE OLD COVERS BEING ''BUILT-INS'' AND ALSO MADE ALLOWANCES FOR THE CURVES IN THE BASEBOARDS.

HE DOES A GREAT JOB!!! THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THEY FIT. HE IS AN EXCELLENT CRAFTSMAN AND A REALLY NICE PERSON!! THEY ARE APPROXIMATELY $300-400 DEPENDING UPON SIZE.

THE OWNER, GARY SMITH, DOES ALL THE WORK. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND TIMELY. HE WORKED HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT STAIN, TO MATCH THE REST OF THE DARK OAK WOODWORK IN THE DINING ROOM.

GARY SMITH MEASURED, CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED A RADIATOR CABINET FOR OUR LIVING ROOM RADIATOR. HE IS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE HIRED HIM IN THE PAST TO BUILD A BEDROOM RADIATOR COVER, AND WILL LIKELY HIRE HIM AGAIN WHEN WE CAN AFFORD OTHERS.

BARRY DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE RADIATOR COVER IS BEAUTIFUL AND CHANGES THE WHOLE ROOM. HE EVEN DID AN EXTRA TRIM JOB ELSEWHERE IN THE BATHROOM AT A LOW COST.

THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY HE CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND DID THE WORK IN THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD BE. I WAS VERY PLEASED!

GARY SMITH WORKED WITH US AND DID A GREAT JOB OF CUSTOM FITTING THE COVERS TO THE UNIQUE SPACES AROUND THE RADIATORS. WE HAVE A 100 YEAR OLD HOME AND THE COVERS FIT IN AS IF THEY WERE ORIGINAL WOODWORK. ONE FOR THE DEN REQUIRED CUSTOM STAINING TO MATCH EXTENSIVE PANELING IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS PERFECT. PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.
