Cooks of Crocus Hill

It was a great experience, the class was set up very nicely and was very organized. The teacher was excellent (but can't remember his name) - he knew his stuff, he was very patient with the learners, the stations were set up with all the tools we needed, and his assistants were very helpful as well. At the end of the cooking we ate our meal together with the teacher/chef and he continued to provide us with a ton of useful information about ingredients, tools, cooking processes, etc.

I started going to another cooking class because I had the sense that people who were attending these classes were cooking class groupies and the atmosphere was kind of snobby. However, they have very talented instructors and the staff was professional. My issue is not with the class; it is with the people who attended the class.

Different classes have different methods, so they're either a demonstration or hands-on. They will instruct you on how to make the things and sometimes they have some of the things sort of pre-prepared and you finish it off or you start from scratch. it all depends on what the class is. It was a lot of fun. They have kid classes and such a big variety of classes. There's also a store there, so you can buy stuff.

It was a fun and learning experience for me. I would use them again in the future.

I have been taking them for a couple of years. It's a great environment. The classes are structured and well executed. It's fun to learn and make great stuff.

CLASS STARTED ON TIME. THE PROFESSOR WAS VERY GOOD AT WORKING WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLES LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING. THIS WAS A DEMO CLASS, BUT STILL WAS ABLE TO TAKE HOME ENOUGH TO 'DO IT MYSELF'.
