late every day. Project took much longer than planned. Repairs were pretty mediochre now I do understand the repairs are not something they normally do however I was clear on what was to be done and they assured me it would be done. The repairs were using other than the pieces that were requested but it looks OK I guess. Painting was supposed to be multiple coats with high quality paint. many places had to be touched up and only one coat of fair quality paint no base/primer like assured. Final point they did do more than needed, the touchups were done immediately, and they did not raise the price for the extra work but it was not up to standards I am presently fixing the rest of the wood that was clearly rotting/missing that I had not noticed previously.

They never finished the job. They kept putting it off.

They were very unprofessional. The painters arrived and they really didn't know what they were supposed to do. The supervisor arrived and they hadn't brought the proper tools. I had to loan them my ladder and tools. They told us they were going to perform certain things that they didn't do. For example, in the written estimate it said they would scrape it, prime it, powerwash it, and then put on 2 coats of paint. They only completed 1 coat. I tried to get hold of the manager, and kept calling 5 or 6 times and have never gotten a response back. They haven't ever gotten back with me, but on the other hand, they haven't yet charged me or sent the bill. I've never received calls back or had a final inspection and this was in June, 2008 and haven't heard back. I would not recommend College Pro to any one else.

The prep work and finished product were excellent, however due to insufficient use of drop cloths there is now 3 big stains on brand new carpeting.
