I had been going here for close to two years to the same nail technical who was awesome. She left and I was referred to another nail technical. I was assured this nail technician had a lot of experience and was very good. During the pedicure, the buffing part, she went at my feet like she was furiously scrubbing a floor. As soon as she started on my big toe I said something but it was too late. She took all the skin off the side of my toe, along with a good piece of underlying tissue. I was in shock. If you want a pedicure go somewhere else. Four weeks later and my toe is still healing. Stay away.

I go back everytime because of Chrissy Ny. She's the best technician I have ever had. The quality of her work is excellent. I had problems in the past with technicians cutting my fingers and she works flawlessly. She is very careful and precise with her work. I have been getting my nails for about 10 years and been using Chrissy for the past 8 months.

There is usually a stylist available when I want to get in. They can usually fit me in because they have so many stylists that work there.

I love the people there. I think they are very nice. Their prices are awfully high though. They've done a lot of remodeling and it has really grown a lot.

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS REALLY HELPFUL. THE PRICING IS GOOD. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN QUICKLY. THE WASHBASIN AND WHERE YOU GET THE HAIRCUT, ARE ALL IN THE SAME STATION SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO MOVE AROUND. THE SALON IS VERY NICE INSIDE. THE STYLIST TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS I SHOULD JUST GIVE HER A CALL. WHEN I GOT HOME I DECIDED I WANTED MY HAIR A LITTLE SHORTER. I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS OF THE CALL.
