Coldwell Banker did a market analysis for the house we were selling but as soon as the house went on the market they immediately pressured us to lower the price. We lowered it but they were still unable to sell our house. They also wanted us to pay potential buyers an $8000 bonus for buying. Our realtor even suggested that we offer an extra bonus to any potential buyers agent. This practice seems very unethical because you have to assume that the buyers agent will persuade the person they are representing to buy a house they get a larger commission for. They never did sell our house.
