I specifically pointed out the stains on the scarf and asked the cleaners to get them out. Everything else came back clean, but the stains on the scarf were still there. Took the scarf back, they re-cleaned it for free, and the stains came out. Still, I am puzzled why I had to make two more trips instead of them doing it right the first time. | |The price was very good though for the amount of clothes we had. I saw a sign about coupons in the store, and the girl at the counter applied them even though I didn't have them in hand. Everyone I talked to there was professional and courteous. Everything was ready when they said it would be ready, too, no delays. | |So, in my opinion, Clean and Press is ok for most every day things, but if you want to clean something really special or just want perfect shirts, I would make the trek to Elite Cleaners in South Minneapolis. They clean on site, they do the shirts--including women's shirts!--exactly as you ask, and they stand by their work. But Elite Cleaners is too far for me to go on most days, so I will be coming back to Clean and Press.

I have been going there for quite some time. I never had a complaint with them. It always comes out the way it would. I would recommend them to a family member or friend.
