Very well. Chris inspired us to select a new color and helped choose it which made the results a "wow" for us. The 3 person team finished the job in one day. They took care and used quality materials. Enjoyable to work with.

Paint started to peal < 1 year and he blamed us for being too picky, made us feel bad for asking him to come back. Was too busy to take our call or come do touch ups because he was out on the golf course.

He and his crew started @ 9:AM painting and was finished with cleanup by 4:30 PM. Extremely beautiful work in all painting with clean detailed trim. Having painted the house myself in former years, I was amazed by the finished work. I wasn't aware before, that such quality work was possible. His professionalism and experience in choices to resolve problems was beyond my experience and expectations.

Initially work seemed OK. Within a year paint started to peel. When we brought it up to his attention Chris tried to make us feel guilty about it and dragged his feet about coming out to fix it. Eventually he did come to touch up some areas, but after that more and more started to peel. Now every morning I wake up seeing sections of my house that is peeling and I have to hire someone else to do it right. His team clearly did not prep the surface very well. We spent more than $10K on the job. Would never recommend him to anyone.

It did not turn out so good. I would not use him again. He provided an estimate and then when we was hired to do the job he balked at some of things he said he would do. I had to fight him getting to do them. He was not attentive, did not do what he said he would do. Him and his crew were sloppy. I had to have him back a few times to do things I had specifically asked him to do. He did not have his head in it, did not care. He arrived on time.

It all went quite well. Chris was prompt in coming out to make the bid. We agreed on the date and he and his colleagues were on time, and did a thorough job. They were prompt, neat, professional, timely. Very competitive bid.

Everything went smoothly

Chris and his crew were punctual, and efficient. They coordinated their painting among other companies finishing walls and doing tiling work. They kept straight 8 colors, and where they were to be applied. Everything was kept tidy and neat throughout the job. I was very happy with the outcome.

I think his employees were careless. I've found a number of spots on the carpets in the bedroom and other things. I also don't think he did a good job preparing the surface.

Chris was very helpful in discussing possible paint colors during initial visits. He supplied a printed list of other homes he's painted as references, including a Summit Hill residence. He was thorough in his quote, listing every possible item and its price. He gave us his cell phone number, which he always answered (and I called it alot!). The workers were college-aged men. Will and Brent were in charge when Chris wasn't onsite, and were very professional. They answered all my questions, and communicated with Chris quickly when I decided to add a third color for an accent. Chris did the final review of the paint job, pointing out touch-ups that needed to be done, which he assisted in. He offered to come back to perform more touch-ups if I found any after they left (I only found two small spots, which he will touch up this week). The entire job took 4 days (due to vacations of some crew). Chris is good at underpromising and overdelivering, which is what I like in a contractor.
