CHEROKEE SERVICE

I had Cherokee service put my Ford expedition up on the lift three times and test drive it and they said that there was nothing wrong with it the first two times and then after I insisted they look at it again the third time they told me that the stabilizer links in the front were worn out so they replace those. It was a terrible experience the guys working there are very short tempered and unprofessionally rude. It turns out that they’ve totally missed a major issue in the driver side rear suspension when they did the wheel alignment they left everything loose. I had offered for them to please look at it again and make sure that nothing was missed I gave them the opportunity to look and he told me that he did not want to work on my vehicle anymore and he wouldn’t look at it. I explain to him that if I was in an accident that they could be held liable and I asked him again if they were sure that they could not or would not want to look at it because everybody makes mistakes and at this point I wasn’t upset at all. After the out right refused I took it to an independent shop for a third-party opinion and this is what I was told. Cherokee service left the stabilizer links loose on the driver side left and they did not tighten things up after they did the wheel alignment. The shop said that I was lucky I was not killed in an auto accident

Cherokee was awesome.  Our daughter scoped out a used car that she wanted to buy as she finishes up her schooling and graduates.  She needed a vehicle to drive to/from work in assorted environments.  Cherokee got us in the day after I called.  We wanted the inspection done during the 3 day window where we could return the car if we were not satisfied with the purchase.  They did a full inspection of the vehicle (Carfax mentioned a rear-end hit to the car previously).  For $25 they did the inspection and texted an inspection report to us - complete with pictures of what they saw inside and underneath.  The car was everything we hoped for and Cherokee put all of our minds to rest with the inspection.  We could not be happier with the service and price.

I just want to say my boyfriend and I moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and thought we'd try Cherokee, of course, since it's so close. This last time all I needed was a battery. I brought it in 15 minutes to closing and fully expected to leave it overnight so they could do it the next day. They replaced it that night! I know it's a fairily simple job, but it was right at closing time and it was the season's first significant snowfall so I thought for sure everyone was ready to get on the road to home. I just really appreciated that they were so helpful. I will definitely keep going there. Thanks guys!

Great the work was completed on time and the car runs like new. Cherokee has been servicing my cars for the past 10 years the mechanix (sp) there are well trained and can handle anything...

My Breake light came on in my dash. I called Cherokee, they got me in right away, Kept me up to date on what it would cost and when it would be ready. It was a problem with my Power brake Booster and leaking Brake Lines

Cherokee Service is the place I would definitely recommend. They're great. They're extremely honest. They gave me an honest explanation on what is going on with my car. The staff was very friendly. There is usually a quick turnaround time.

All the services were performed professionally. The loud exhaust noise was absent. after repairing the flex pipe.
When I picked up the car, the check engine light was on. I did not think it was on when I took it in for service. The manager stayed late to diagnose the problem and invited me to come in the next day and have the CO2 sensor replaced for free. This took care of the problem.
Several days later, I thought I had a water pump leak because of a spot in the driveway under the car. They inspected the car thoroughly and determined that I did not have a coolant leak. This was done also at no charge.
They treat you fairly and honestly and are very professional.

He was friendly and very fair. He took the time also to put the tire back on my car which was purely an extra on his part. I will definitely be stopping by again when the need arises! Good people doing good work at a reasonable price!

I would use two words to summarize my experience with Cherokee - honest and dependable. Less expensive than dealer repairs, they have ALWAYS been completely honest and forthright about what was needed, or not, in the fix. And the quality of the repair has always been excellent - they know what they are doing. I have personally recommended Cherokee to many friends and co-workers and all have been satisfied. Let Dan and the staff at Cherokee take good care of your ride - you won't regret it.
