"Our records indicate we have never completed work for the listed member, nor did we complete any painting at the listed address. Further our records indicate no contact of any sort from the listed member. Our records do show happy customers residing at the listed address. We completed painting on their home in the fall of 2011 and completed a more than satisfactory job, on time, on budget, with no surprises and meeting or exceeding expectations. In late fall 2012 the members contacted our office requesting warranty work on the garage doors be completed. The member's warranty work was put into our production schedule promptly. Fall is an immensely busy time for a painting company in Minnesota as we are trying to accommodate all of our exterior customers before the cold weather sets in and we can no longer paint outside. We informed the member of his place in our production schedule and kept him informed of our progress. We were unable to complete a handful of projects and unfortunately those projects must wait for spring to be completed. All of our completed jobs come standard with a two year workmanship warranty. As a standard business practice we also send warranty inspection reminders for our customers whose warranty will be expiring in the coming months. We will contact the member's to verify there is no additional warranty concern and as discussed with the homeowner plan to complete the warranty work this upcoming spring as the project is under warranty until fall of 2013. As the largest and most referred painting company in North America, our reputation for excellent customer service and delivery of an outstanding product is of utmost importance to us."

"We do subcontract but not as the notion implies. We also have 2 employees. We do it for paperwork reasons as in Minnesota there is undoubtably slow times in the winter months. We are not capable of providing employees work full time, year round and so we have companies that we partner with every year. They are companies that do not have their own work (work solely with us) and with whom we have at least 2 years of work experience with. The premium price is not for subcontracting but that we have a legal 2 year warrantee, insurance, and worker's compensation in which many of our competitor's cannot provide. We are sorry for any work that was not up to your expectations. We do not require payment until our customers are happy and are willing to come back no matter how long it has been to touch up things that could have been missed."
