TOM QUOTED OVER THE PHONE FOR THE WORK BASED ON MY INFORMATION ABOUT PIPE RUNS, CABINET DIMENSIONS, ETC., AND PROVIDED THE UNIT'S CUTOUT DIMENSIONS FOR THE CABINET INSTALLERS. WHEN WE WERE READY FOR INSTALL, TOM WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY TO INSTALL AND HOOK UP THE DUSTPAN. IN THE PROCESS HE ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO CHECK OVER OUR CARPET POWERHEAD AND REPLACED A BROKEN PIN PLUS A VERY WORN BELT. HE DID NOT CHAGE US EXTRA FOR THE LABOR ON THESE TWO SMALL REPAIRS AND PARTS WERE LESS THAN $5. OVERALL WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH TOM'S WORK, CLEANLINESS, AND PRICES. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM BACK FOR ADDITIONAL WORK IF NEEDED. AS A REPLACEMENT FOR OUR AGING POWER UNIT IS IN THE NEAR FUTURE, TOM WILL BE OUR FIRST CALL.
