Doing business with Cars Bike Shop was an extraordinarily wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was so grateful Bruce picked up our two bikes, and returned them. This was an amazing service which helped us so much as we don't have a car big enough to transport one bike, much less two. The bike tune-up, new tires, and a few other new things, are perfect!! The customer service was wonderful, and professional. All the way around, I give Cars Bike Shop an A+++.

The rear shock on my mountain bike failed while under warranty. I purchased the bike at a competitor out of town and they were still willing to help me with my claim. They kept in touch throughout the entire process the and the bike was fixed in no time. I was very impressed with the whole experience. They will receive future business from me.

It went very good. I liked they way they treated me and how they explained stuff to me. And I liked how they did the repair, in other words I liked the result.

I love this store!!! There was an article from "Angie's List" in the last mailing on what to look for in a bike shop and so I chose to go there. I had been at the big bike stores in town and had received very poor service and was treated as if I was still on training wheels. The Cars person was extremely knowledgeable about bikes - my hands get numb riding and he knew the name of the nerve and told me my options. I came back for bike shoes and pedals and after he installed them, he put the bike on a trainer in the store so that I could practice before I went out in the real world. I spent about an hour in the store and the employee answered all of my questions patiently. I would definitely recommend this place and will be doing all of my bike repairs there from now on.

The experience was very positive. Both visits have been great. My first trip this last Saturday, I spoke about replacing the tires on my older bike. The staff explained the differences in tires, and didn't pressure me to buy higher-end tires. On the visit I'm reviewing, Bruce, who I think is the owner, guided me through the tire selection and then installed the tubes and tires. I had a lot of one-on-one attention. As a beginner, I thought it was great the way he explained the steps to putting on a tire; he gave me some advice in terms of daily maintenance, and in general was very easy to deal with. I'll definitely be going back and had two great visits. Very helpful staff and prices are in line with other area bicycle shops.

They finished the bike on time and did not try to sell me any service other than the tune-up. The basic price of the tune-up was $25, but I had a 10% discount. From other information I have seen (in Angie's List, I believe), this is a very reasonable price for a bike tune-up. I have purchased a few items for my bike at this shop and have found them friendly and knowledgeable.
