CALEB'S HAPPY FEET

I would highly recommend them. They do a very good job of cutting a person’s toenails. The overall experience is excellent. I think they are only open for a few hours every third Wednesday of the month. They are very good. The office is located at the Senior Center. They are very punctual. The staff is very friendly.

Brought items to shop early in week to ask whether or not he could do the repairs. He said he could and requested payment up front and offered that items would be completed by that Friday. Went back on Fri. and found that he had not yet started work on my items. He said to come back tomorrow and the items would be finished. I returned Sat. pm and found a sign stating that he was closed because he was playing baseball. So, I returned again on Mon. and found that he was not finished with my coat. He showed me his repair to the motorcycle riding gloves - the gloves are black and he restitched the seams using WHITE thread which is clearly visible when the gloves are on the hands! His idea of trying to soften the appearance of dog-chewed areas on a coat was to simply spray on some sort of leather lacquer, which, to my eye, did nothing more than "brighten" up to look of my previously 'soft' leather coat, which is no longer that soft. The button reattachment is too tight to operate it.

THE SHOES WEREN'T READY ON THE DATE AND TIME PROMISED. ONLY TOOK CASH -- WHICH MEANT I HAD TO GO TO THE ATM WHICH WAS ACROSS THE STREET. THE REPAIR WAS NOT WELL DONE AND THE SHOES LOOKED UNPOLISHED WHEN I GOT THEM BACK.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKS HERE (NOT NAMED CALEB) IS RUDE AND INDIFFERENT. I HAD HIM STITCH UP TWO PAIRS OF SHOES (NO NEW SOLES), TEN MINUTES WORK. THIS WAS CHEAPER THAN NEW SHOES BUT WAY OVERPRICED. THERE ARE NEVER ANY CUSTOMERS IN THIS STORE SO THAT INDICATES I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS TAKEN BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
