I was very concerned about getting my stucco patched before winter because I
was afraid moisture might get in, then freeze and expand and cause
further damage. Mr. Legvold was responsive and cared for my home as if
it was his own. Although he commented that the patching material he
used did not exactly match the color of the stucco, I thought the
difference was barely noticeable, and his work was very neatly done. I
am confident my house will now weather winter well, and I would
certainly call on Mr. Legvold in the future.

I asked if they could come do a bid, and a bid was completed in two days. I asked if he could complete the work within two weeks (because I wanted it done before snow fell), and it was completed in two days! The job looks professional and the sides of the wall look good as new. The patched corners of the porch deck are clean and crisp. The area around the porch was left clean and completely free of debris.

HE WAS TRUSTWORTHY AND THOUGHT THROUGH THE PROBLEMS WELL. I BELIEVE THAT HIS ASSESSMENT WAS CORRECT. HE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND DID GOOD WORK.
