He was responsive to my estimate request and reasonably priced. Mowing was completed on a regular basis and the quality was to my satisfaction. This was the first lawn service I'd ever used. I didn't realize until recently, after having had some difficultied with a lawn servic at my new home, how truly easy By the Yard was to work with. Wish they serviced my new area.

We had Fred come out and give us an estimate on a fall clean up. He agreed to modify our fence in order to allow his large mower to go through. He came twice in order to modify the fence and did not charge us for that service. The fall clean up was done very well and in a timely manner. We expect to use Fred for our weekly lawn service next spring.

We've been very pleased with the mowing. The job is weekly and always completed very quickly. They also trim, clean up and leave the yard looking well manicured.
