BURY'S CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

They have been to out house twice, the first time to remove a spot the warranty company gave instructions that didn't sound right. Burys came to the house and said that the carpet warranty company instructions would have ruined the carpet. The removed the spot no problem. Second time they cleaned the whole house and it went fine.

This is the 2nd time we used them. They were outstanding again. They were slightly late, but after the quality of their work, that didn't bother me at all. They certainly know their business. They explained each step as they progressed through the house. A year ago, the job took much longer; but because we used the same company, they said it was going faster because they did not have to remove the chemicals that other companies use. When they finished, they cleaned up everything with the exception of the blocks under some of our furniture.

Jeff Bury is the owner and he does the work himself. The appointment was setup and we were told he would be there around 1:00. He called to say he would be late, about 1:30 and arrived at 2:00. (This is the only negative thing I would mention about this company). I could tell he was very knowledgeable. He worked fairly quickly, however, there were many areas to be cleaned and it did take a bit longer than he expected it would. He found two areas that needed extra attention and he went the extra mile to get them cleaned. He does not use chemicals to clean the carpet, he uses very hot water/steam. His price was not too bad as well. He let me know that he bid it out a bit too low, but he did not raise the price when it came time to pay. I would highly recommend Bury s to everyone I know.
