I knew what I wanted when I went in, and they didn't try to get me into a vehicle that I wasn't comfortable with or something that was too pricey for me. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, I kind of shopped around at different places. The site has been remodeled so now it is great, it was fine now it is better. Punctuality was good. I am easy.

I on and oil change for life. Just because when I purchase the car, I got that filled. I like them on everything, that is why I go there. Definitely can't beat free.

That was good. I make an appointment. I chose to go back to purchasing after that, even though the lease experience was good. It was recommended to me by someone else. Its just easy to get in, and I don't mind sitting there. The process is pretty simple.

I do not remember the cost. I will go back to them. It's been good, it's been reasonable. I honestly don't know what it compares to at the Mom and Pops store, you know for the quick oil change. I think I pay a little more is my guess, but I just like dealing with that dealership.They give some real good deal from time to time. It's been worth my while to do it. They'd like me to buy a new car from them I'm sure. It's very easy to get an appointment. I don't recall how long it takes. it's a nice waiting room, I get on my computer. They had food, coffee, water, TV, and wifi.

I've always gone to the dealership at Buerkle Honda. We have oil changes somewhat frequently; it's hard to remember when. It is not under warranty.

No cost due to being under warranty. It took them about an hour. No improvement needed. They explained everything to me about why the incident occurred.

I would give them an A on everything. This is where we bought the car. It takes an hour for the service to be completed and the workers are good.

I do everything at Buerkle Honda and Shane is the service manager. They're good with coupons. Absolutely yes, I would use them again. They explain everything and they tell me whatever services I might need in the future; and they told me they would love to buy my car because it's such in great shape. It took about an hour for that service to be completed. The workers are just great; I mean, everything about them is great. I have a 2006 Honda Accord and nothing goes wrong because they take such good care of it. I have had new tires, but I do that at another provider who always does tires, and they do a great job. I just checked with them and I don't need new tires yet.
