They have very few places to drop the truck off after your move. They also did not have the smaller truck that I expected to get, so I had to buy gas for the larger truck, which cost a lot more. The truck shuttered and shook the whole way. The insurance charged us for 3 days worth, even though we only used it for 24 hours. I wasn't very thrilled with the experience.

It went very, very well. The truck worked - drove fine, was clean, no hassles. I forgot to fill up the truck, but Aaron checked the gas level and advised me to do that - since it would cost much more if I didn't. In all it was a great experience (next time, though, I will measure more carefully!)

My husband picked up the truck in the morning; pick-up took about 10 minutes. The truck was clean and ready to go, and had the moving blankets we'd also requested. He returned the truck in the evening and was able to park it in their lot and leave the key in the drop box. Their location is convenient (near 280 and Como) and they were far more helpful than the other major truck rental company we'd called.

AFTER HAVING TROUBLE WITH U-HAUL, I CALLED BUDGET. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS FIRST THING AND WILL FROM NOW ON. GREETED PROMPTLY RESERVED A TRUCK AT A VERY COMPETITIVE RATE. ARRIVED ON THE RENTAL DAY TO NO LINES AND MY TRUCK WAITING. RENTING THE TRUCK FOR A DAY ACTUALLY ALLOWED ME TO KEEP IT FOR 24 HOURS INSTEAD OF 4 HOURS FOR THE COMPETITION. GOOD TRUCK. EASY TO USE AND LOAD. RETURNED THE TRUCK THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN I RETURNED IT). PUT THE KEYS IN THE DROP BOX AND RECEIVED MY RECEIPT LATER THAT WEEK IN THE MAIL. NO OVERCHARGING FOR ANYTHING. A PLEASURE.
