They showed up in time, took out old kitchen sink and water heater, installed new/replacement ones. They also provided the water heater, and explained how to operate it.

Fine. It was a bit more pricey than I expected but overall it went well.

Our rental property needed some work. The receptionist- Shannon- promised all sorts of service, benefits, etc, to get the job, promising a payment plan, a deal on multiple jobs, etc. Lesson learned. When it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
The plumber showed up at the rental unit with NO IDEA of the work to be done. Hardly an encouraging start. Charged us for the time waiting while he figured out what to do. Ick. The renters emailed us privately asking us to choose someone else next time. When I asked why, he (the renter) just said he didn't have confidence in the work. Nuff said.
Then the bill came that same day. We thought we would have 2 weeks to pay, and Shannon repeatedly and aggressively fought with my husband over email because of her promises. Of course we will pay, and I also promise we would never use these folks again.

"I would like to clarify a few things mentioned in the above review. We are a C.O.D company which means that payment is due upon completion of the job. There was not a discussion of paying two weeks later after the job was done. We were contacted by [member name removed] and she explained what items she wanted us to take care of and also sent a copy of the inspection report with the items highlighted. We were unable to take care of the laundry sink because the leak was coming from the cracked sink which is concrete. I never promised a payment plan (which was not discussed with the owner) nor a deal on multiple jobs (this was not discussed). I discussed our rates clearly with [member name removed] and the owner and the owner gave me a credit card to secure the job. When sending him an invoice the same day, I was told I was not allowed to charge the credit card that he provided to me when scheduling the job and that he would pay in two weeks. Our policy is payment due upon completion and the customer was well informed of this information."

They did work for us in multiple ways at our commercial property. It seems that their method is to do the minimum on the work order, regardless of what is needed. We would have arranged for them to do necessary additional work, had we known about it. We had to get other plumbers to get a sink functioning after they left, and to address a major sewage overflow. I was able to get a double billing issue resolved, but am out thousands of dollars for repairs following the hook up of new sewer lines to an old and broken pipe. Had they scoped the condition of the pipe before connecting to it, the very nasty overflow would never have happened. Their attitude was to blame us for the problems. Very poor grade!

"This complaint was resolved during an onsite meeting between you the owner, the general contractor and Bruce Nelson Plumbing and Heating (us). The existing underground waste piping in the building was the problem, not our workmanship or product. The new above ground plumbing we were contracted out to perform was properly installed to code, inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector."
