He was very slow. I brought in my clock in June and he warned me that he had a large backlog and that he couldn't get my clock to me until September. By November, I hadn't heard from him so I called him. He said he would have it done in a week. He called me within the week to tell me it was finished. He gave me a bit of history of the clock and instructions on how to wind and set it. The clock has been working well since and keeps pretty good time.

He replaced some parts and cleaned and oiled our older mantel clock. He did a good job of estimating what needed to be done. He gave us several choices as far as what could be done and what the approximate prices would be. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the options.
