Renovation was not completed in the way which had been agreed upon.

I really enjoyed doing business with Patrick. Excellent service, a professional in every way. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him. For example, he offered to give me a new floor vent that would match my new floor. He also gave me advice about installing floor trim, including demonstrating some tricks he uses. I was impressed enough to give him the job, and he was able to do it within days.

Working with Patrick Boran was an awesome experience. The only things listed above which he did not personally do was the concrete, mudding/taping and some of the electrical work. He coordinated with all of the other professional who took part in the project. He ordered and picked up all of the supplies. He let us know on a daily basis what he was working on. He faithfully stuck to the budget, even though he put in more time than estimated on some of the projects. The work itself was incredible. Our addition is both beautiful and functional. His knowledge and craftsmanship in building was unbelievable. He was also very easy to get a hold of whenever we had questions. The entire project only took 3 & 1/2 months, even though a lot of the days he worked by himself. He really stayed on task and delivered what he was hired for. There isn't much that Patrick couldn't remodel or build and he had awesome connections for what he isn't licensed to do.
