Took my car in because I heard knocking and clunking noises - especially when going over bumps. These were issues with the trailing arm and bushings. While working on the car they let me know one of the bushings was fused on. Since it was fused on, the bushing as well as a whole new part it was fused to would be needed, and the cost would be $300 for parts plus around $300 labor. I could tell he was frustrated that it wouldn't come off, and I believe he was putting in the same effort on my car as he would if it were his own -- trying hard to spare the $600 cost for a stupid little bushing. I really appreciated that extra effort. I went with his recommendation to leave that one as-is. They fixed all the rest and did a road test before calling me to say my car was ready.
This is the third place I've taken my car in for the same issue. It's been at least a month now, and I haven't noticed the issue coming back. There's still a small knocking noise from that one fused bushing (as he said there would be), but overall it's very much improved. I get the sense the mechanics take pride in their work and want to be fair. I would definitely go to this shop if I have car problems in the future.

Everything went well; dropped my car off the evening before and picked it up the following evening. I have noticed a difference in driving, in that the car rides more smoothly and handles better after the new tires were installed.

We have been going to them for probably 8 years. They are really good and do good work. My wife and I trust them, and whenever they say something needs to be done we do it.
