Bob is highly professional and very well-versed on the St. Paul market, in particular. Despite the months on the market and many private showings, we never lost confidence in Bob's ability to sell the house. He remained engaged and actively worked to market the house. It was excellent. Our house was very tough to sell. The time and effort he put in to sell our home was tremendous. We did approximately 100 private showings. He also brought in a stager at our request and they were very cheap. He was able to do a detailed analysis of the people who looked at our home in order to help us sell our home.
