I same-day ordered a plant to be delivered to my office with a note attached. The plant was for a co-worker who had just lost a parent. Four days later, she had not received the plant, but I had been charged for the costs. When I called to ask why she had not received the plant, I received an answering service who said they would have someone at the shop call me back to let me know why. After 4 hours, I called again and reached someone who was working in the shop. They told me that the order was in the computer as "not delivered" but they had no idea why. No one had an answer for me as to why I was charged but never informed that the order wasn't going to be delivered. When I asked if I could just cancel the order, the person on the other end of the phone didn't question my actions. The response was an immediate "yes" with no other suggestions on how the florist might be able to get the plant to me that day. Since I cannot trust this florist to make a delivery based on a promised delivery date and time, I will not use them again.

WHEN THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD NOT DELIVERED, I CANCELLED THE ORDER, AND ORDERED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. TWO DAYS LATER, THEY DELIVERED THE FLOWERS AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. IF YOU CALL THE 1-800 NUMBER, YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR A MINIMUM OF 30-60 MINUTES. IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE, THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK.
