Bill was good to work with and was flexible, which really helped during our kitchen renovation, his price was reasonable, and the quality is good.

Bill is a true craftsman - his attention to detail is impeccable! He communicated well, explained the process well and also helped us understand why he did certain things. He brought out the beauty of our hardwood oak floor to a degree we hadn't seen since we bought the house! The value of his work is outstanding. He is very personable and obviously takes great pride in his work, which he should. He is also very forthright about contacting him if we find anything we don't like - it's his work, he will fix it, if needed. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Overall very well. I did not know until I pulled the carpet off in the bedroom that half of it needed the subfloor constructed. Bill modified the estimate in a fair manner and did the job. The dining room's hardwood floor's original stain had faded and it was a bit hard to match the color. Bill had to redo the sand/stain process to get it right, but he did. Overall he did a very good job at a price that seemed very fair. In fact, at some point in time, I felt he was not charging enough.

Bill did a great job. He was timely, professional, and the floors are absolutely beautiful. He had to do some tricky finishing work where the extension put in our house was not level with the old hardwood floors. He put in a considerable amount of extra work and time to do this, yet it looked wonderful. See pics for the evidence.
