GOOD CALL BACK AND OKAY AT SCHEDULING WORK, BUT THE WORK ITSELF WAS NOT GREAT. RAN OUT OF PAPER ON A BORDER AND RATHER THAN TELLING ME HE PATCHED IT TOGETHER AND IT LOOKS BAD! TWO SMALL AREAS WILL NEED TO BE RE-DONE. ALSO, SOME DRYWALL MUD STAINED NEW CARPETING AND HE SCRUBBED IT SO HARD IT DAMAGED THE CARPET IN TWO SMALL AREAS.

THIS WAS A GREAT GROUP OF GUYS. THE BEST THING WAS THE OWNER''S WILLINGNESS TO GIVE ME A BID BROKEN DOWN BY TASKS, AND THEN ALLOW ME TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT I WOULD DO (TO REDUCE COSTS) AND WHAT HE WOULD DO.
