Beth is the best realtor we've ever dealt with, and we've dealt with many. In the past four years we've bought and sold a house with her. She is not your "typical realtor" and certainly much more informed, trustworthy, reliable and professional than any realtor we've ever dealt with or heard of. We've run into several people who've also worked with her, and they have all felt the same way.

Even before we signed an agreement or promised to use her services, Beth took a lot of time to walk us through the options when we first discussed moving from our old home. She gave us market analysis on what to expect if we were to sell our home, as well as what it would take to keep the home and rent it out. When we asked for information, she gave us full information. When we asked for her informed opinion, she gave us her opinion and rationale.
In the end we decided to sell the house once we had an offer accepted on a new home. We unexpectedly found the new home much sooner than we imagined and Beth and her staff leaped to action at the drop of a hat to help us get an offer in a new listing and negotiate successfully with the sellers. Thrilled to have an offer accepted, we needed to move up our selling timeline on the old house. Beth and her staff worked with us to quickly prepare and list our house. I was very impressed with how they marketed the house and the pictures taken by the photographer Beth had selected. During a still sluggish market, we received an offer within a week of the listing and ultimately got very close to our original asking price.
During the whole process, Beth and her staff were quick to respond to any question or concern. When the mortgage broker we selected messed up, threatening our purchase, Beth pointed us to a superstar mortgage broker who went above-and-beyond in fixing the mess. We always felt that she listened to and responded to our concerns, and patiently explained things without talking down to us. She brought up concerns with houses we hadn't considered, such as resell challenges, making us feel that she was invested in finding the right house for us, not just a quick sell.
Before and after we used Beth's services, she has continued to be responsive to questions. She's a great resource for recommending contractors and other professional services, for instance if you need a home inspector or a plumber.
We plan on staying in this house for at least another 20 years. But if we end up selling, we'll definitely return again to Beth.

The realtors name was Ely Johnson.  He was always available.  He answered a lot of questions and he would find me answers if he didn't know it.  He was very friendly and professional.

They made the process smooth and were helpful in dealing with the seller' s agent, who seemed a bit difficult to work with. Beth was very patient and courteous when answering our many questions and helped us get a good deal in a great location. She also seemed just as courteous when she wasn't sure if we planned to spend less money than we did, and I feel she treated us well even though the home we bought was pretty modestly priced.  We appreciated her advice and also found her to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Beth was very honest and upfront about what we could expect in a down market.  She listened to us carefully and gave us plenty of information to make informed decisions about pricing. 

Working with Beth was fantastic. My husband and I were both first time home buyers. Beth asked good questions, listened well, and we found a home to purchase in the area we were interested in living. The key things I would say about Beth is that she is ethical, knowledgable, and well experienced in the real estate arena. She's good at the business transaction aspect of the home buying experience, but she's also personable beyond that business transaction. She has been available, helpful, patient, and forthcoming with incidental questions/calls that we have had in the years since we purchased the home. We are planning on using her for when we sell the house down the road and purchase our next home. We recommend her to anyone we know buying or selling a home.

We have been using her services for the past 12 years. We got a letter from her congratulating on our third-year anniversary getting the house. She called up even though we are not doing any business with her. That is a good sign of a good businesswoman. She is thorough, upfront and told us what's was going to happen. She even told us her role, what to expect and her fees upfront. Most of her statements were true so she was reliable. We saw around 12 houses before we finally got the house. She had told us that we will be starting by the first of the year and by February we would have made the bid. That is exactly what happened. She had a lot of experience. She had a lot of energy and listened to what we had to tell her. We had told her the price range and the type of house that we wanted and she helped get it for us. She is pretty good.
