Description of Work: Ben, the contractor provided a detailed bid, drawings to opened up my kitchen to the dining room (6,300), installing a peninsula, moving the refrigerator to another spot. Included was a sheetrocked basement ceiling where a suspended ceiling was ($3,300) with very complicated angles and jogs. The job started on time and ended on time. In between, we had to make design adjustments due to load bearing wall in the kitchen and this was handled with professionalism by suggesting putting in my stained glass window. Leaf was excellent, very talented, very personable and a true craftsman. The sheetrockers were good, and the clean-up and preparation before working was the cleanest my house has ever been in a remodel job.
