Took it in and they said it would be about 3 weeks to fix. They were close to that time and it was fixed o.k.

I couldn't insert a shear pin into my snow blower auger shaft because I couldn't get the holes to line up. I took it in to this provider's shop. They told me that it would take 4 weeks. They actually had it done in 2 days and only charged me $12.99.

I've always used Beisswengers for lawn mower tune-ups and they have been excellent. Something is very wrong there now. They picked up my mower on April 20. I just got it back on May 25. I had to make several calls to get them to finish the service. When I got it back, they didn't do all I had asked them to do. In addition to the tune-up, I asked them to fix the back flap, but that was not done. Also, now I'm having a hard time turning off the machine. I've never had that problem before. I think they didn't properly test it before sending it back to me. As I mentioned, they used to do an excellent job. Sometimes it took a couple of weeks to get my mower back, but that was worth it. (Note that the price included pick-up and delivery of the lawn mower.)

They helped un loading and loading, and also said to run mower dry in the fall. I was glad for all info.

They did quality work at a good price. I brought in my mower on Tuesday, August 18 and my mower was ready on August 22.
