The original price quoted wasnt as accurate as the ending price and was more expensive than I would have liked. Overall I am pretty content with their work. The quality appears to be good. I would compare and get a few estimates from other companies just to make sure I was getting the best price and they were competitive in value.

It went great. Josh showed up at 7 am sharp and got everything up and working by 9:40 am. I have used this company several times and am astonished at how fast they can schedule someone when you need electrical help. Also helps that I have a very flexible schedule as well.

We called Mendota Electric and they came exactly when they said they would a couple of days later. The electrician found that our light had burned through wires due to high heat. He went and bought us a new one, installed and fixed the outlet issue too. Both problems solved expertly.

They were professional from the first phone conversation. They called the morning of the appointment and said they were running a little late, which they really weren't because I was given a time span (8-11). He called at 10 and said he was on his way and would be here in 20 min. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job.

They were prompt and they did agood job. They were professional and courteous. The worker was very conscienceous about his work. They seemed to know what they were doing.

We needed to have the work done on a house we were selling as part of the purchase agreement. I found Mendota Electric on Angie's List and were impressed with their service rating. I contacted them and found the front desk person to be very professional and personable. Josh arrived a little early and was very nice. He fixed the outlets we needed repaired and installed the new light fixture in about 45 minutes. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. We were pleased with the work done.

Great service--office (Patty) was great at getting the appt. set up at a good time for me, Josh was on time (actually a few minutes early) and had good suggestions for placement of outlets. Work was done faster than I expected.

TERRIBLE!! The outlet in the kitchen went fine, but the workmanship and thoroughness relative to the bedroom light fixture was very poor, requiring 3 separate visits and they charged me a service call for each of the visits; two of which were the result of their poor work. After visit #1, the bedroom light continued to flicker and did not reliably turn on. The second visit he got the light to work but he did something that caused my closet light NOT to work. I went on vacation right after the second visit, when I got back I called them to tell them that the closet light wasn't working and that I needed to schedule him to come back. I didn't expect to be charged! They charged me and told me that I should have told them right away and not wait 2 months to schedule the return visit. On the third visit, all of the lights were finally working but he did not finish the job by replacing the fixture to the wall. I had to screw the fixture back in to the wall myself. When I called to inform Patty of my concerns, it took her two weeks for me to get an answer. I actually had to call her at two separate occasions to get her final word. The "best they could do" was give me a credit to be applied to any subsequent work done by them. Even after all of this, Patty actually had the gaul to lecture me that I should have gotten back to her sooner. Even after the fact that I had to CALL HER to get an answer to complaint. Overall, I felt the gentlemen that came to my home were prompt and courteous even though they did not finish the job that I asked them to complete. The service that I received over the phone was very poor.

It went very well. They did a great job. The work was done on time and as quoted. They cleaned up very well. They suggested some modifications to what we had planned that worked out much better.

The experience was excellent. I would give them the highest rating. They did a very good job. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Josh came out and was very professional. One switch got damaged because a mounting screw had been stripped. Patty called and said they would be there between 3:30 and 4pm. Josh was at my door at 3:31. He not only performed the job but was very helpful in explaining what he was doing along the way. Although it took about 90 minutes to figure it out (it was fairly complicated), the job went great. I am not sure about the rest of the team, but I would highly recommend him again.

It went very well. I have used them before for other things and they are very efficient and quick. They don't waste any time. I have nothing negative to say. They did a nice job and left everything clean. They come in at or under their estimates.

Very good. They performed the work the day following my call to them and performed it well. A minor error resulted in a return call the following week but was neither chargeable nor a hassle. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again.

The electrician (Joe) arrived when scheduled. He completed the work in just under an hour. He was very courteous and professional. Everything went very smoothly.

Professional and accommodating. Added the task of switching the closet light after he arrived and he was more than happy to do the additional work. Unfortunately, did not pass inspection from the city. He was unaware of a code requiring GFI outlet in storage rooms. However, they were very responsive and returned the same day the inspection failed and had it corrected. I was very pleased on how they responded to the issue.

The work was done quickly and well.

Joe did such a wonderful job. The owner, patty Kelly was also very helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

Josh was a very personable and experienced electrician. He took the time to find out how we would use the fan (wall switch or remote) and installed accordingly. He did not waste any time and was both efficient in his install and meticulous about cleaning up afterwards. I would ask for him again for electrical work.

They were very helpful and flexible with scheduling around different parts of the jobs. Patti, in the office, was very friendly as was Josh the electrician. Everything seems to be working great.

Josh was delayed in getting to my house, but Mendota called to let me know ahead of time and offered me the option to reschedule if I wished. They also pointed out that they were bonded, so I could leave him there and go to my appointment if he wasn't done when I needed to leave. The work was done well and quickly, and I thought the cost was reasonable. Josh was also very personable, and good about changing out the electrical sockets, which weren't part of the original plan.

Excellent. The serviceman showed up slightly early, was very efficient, clean and quick. Time to install was as estimate along with the cost. Very pleased.

Mendota Electric was excellent. I have used them for work twice, now. This time, I opened a can of worms attempting to replace an exterior light fixture. Fixing it was beyond my skill level, and I was left with a hole by my front door. I called Mendota, and they were able to get out the next morning. They actually called back because I mentioned when I scheduled the appointment that I would have liked an earlier time - they were able to rearrange the schedule to accommodate me. They were prompt, friendly, and their work was excellent.

They did a really nice job and are very professional.
